Coaching spots are usually limited to the times available in the calendar.

Wellbeing coaching is a solution-focused approach to wellbeing. 

It’s an empathetic space, where you feel deeply seen and inspired to make changes to create the life you want. It combines the best of life coaching and counselling.

At present, Katerina provides all coaching sessions.

Katerina holds a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and a Certificate in Life Coaching.

Katerina is also a Certified Yoga Teacher and a meditation and mindfulness practitioner with 10+ years experience. 

By default, sessions are held online via a video conference call.

In-person sessions can be arranged by mutual agreement, usually after several online sessions. 

If you cannot make your booked session, please reschedule or cancel via the original booking confirmation email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

If you request to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your booked session, your session fee will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or used towards a future booking.
